How do I make a booking?
Once you’ve finalised your quotation with us, please complete the following steps:

Complete a short questionnaire about your wedding details

Review and confirm your booking information to ensure everything is accurate

Secure your date with a 50% booking fee
Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it is used to reserve your date and secure your styling team.
How do I make a payment?
We accept bank transfers and online payments for your convenience.
Before making any payment, please ensure you have confirmed our availability for your wedding or event date with our team.
Kindly note:
• A 2.4% processing fee applies to debit and credit card payments
• A 3.3% processing fee applies to foreign credit card transactions
Stylist Allocation for Bridal Party
We understand how important it is for your wedding morning to feel relaxed and well-paced—no one should have to wake up excessively early. To ensure a smooth and efficient getting-ready experience, we allocate stylists based on the total number of people requiring hair and makeup (including the bride).
Recommended allocation:
• 1–2 persons: 1 stylist
• 3–4 persons: 2 stylists
• 5–6 persons: 3 stylists
This allocation helps ensure everyone is ready on time while maintaining the quality of each look. Additional stylists can always be requested if you prefer a faster timeline, subject to availability.
Additional Stylists
If you would like to have more stylists than the number we allocate, additional stylists can be arranged at RM100 per stylist, subject to availability at the time of your request. This is a great option if you’d like to further speed up the getting-ready process.

Wedding Packages
• 50% booking fee to secure your wedding date
• Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event date
Non-Wedding Packages
• 50% booking fee to secure your slot
• Remaining balance due 3 days prior to the event date
If our principal package is above your budget, we recommend considering our Senior Stylist packages, which are more affordable while still delivering an amazing bridal experience.
All our Senior Stylists are personally trained by Amlicia in her signature hair and makeup techniques, so you can be confident that the look and feel will still reflect her style. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with your stylist during your bridal trial, ensuring you preview your full bridal look before the wedding day.
Can I add extra service after placing the booking fee?
Travel Fee- Within KL Area
Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate additional services subject to availability at the time of your request. We recommend informing us as early as possible to ensure we can best support your needs.
Can I remove or downgrade services after confirming my booking?
As your booking secures both your date and our team, we are unable to downgrade or remove services once the 50% booking fee has been made.
This is because the payment is allocated to reserve our artists specifically for your wedding day.
We always encourage our clients to confirm their required services and number of guests carefully prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience.
If your getting-ready location on your wedding day is within a 30km radius of Cheras (based on Google Maps), there will be no travel fee applied.
For locations outside of this radius, a one-time travel fee will be charged.
Travel Fee- Outside KL Area
For weddings and event held outside of the KL area, a minimum service charge will apply in addition to the travel fee (please refer to your quotation for details). This is due to the time commitment, as we are unable to accommodate other bookings on the same day.
