How long will Bridal Hair & Makeup take on the Wedding Day?
As a general guideline, we recommend allocating 2–2.5 hours for the bride (hair and makeup) if you have completed your trial with us. For bridal party members, please allow 1.5–2 hours per person (hair and makeup).
This timing includes a buffer to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free on your special day.
Following your Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial, we will provide you with a personalised schedule tailored to your wedding timeline, making it easy for you to coordinate with your bridal party—so there’s no last-minute rush.
Do you offer Bridal Hair & Makeup Trials? How does it work?
A complimentary 3-hours Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial is included once you secure your wedding date with us by placing a 50% booking fee.

Do you provide mobile Hair and Makeup services on the wedding day?
Absolutely. We offer on-location services, allowing you to enjoy your bridal preparation in the comfort of your home or hotel.
Travel fees may apply depending on the location—please reach out to us for a detailed quotation.
Can I do a Bridal Hair and Makeup Trial before booking my wedding day?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of feeling confident in your choice.
You may choose to experience a trial before confirming your booking. A Bridal Trial session available at RM500.
If I do a Bridal Hair and Makeup Trial first, will my wedding date be held?
As we receive a high volume of bookings, all reservations are managed on a first-come first-served policy where your Wedding Day booking is only secured if you put down a non refundable booking fee.
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates without a confirmed booking.
If your wedding date becomes unavailable before your trial takes place, we will provide a full refund for the trial fee, provided the session has not yet been conducted. Trial fee is non refundable if you change your mind.
How can I secure my wedding date first and have the trial later?
To guarantee your preferred date, we recommend securing your wedding booking with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Once confirmed, we will arrange your Bridal Trial at a later, convenient date.
Do you provide hair accessories and extension?
Yes, we offer a curated selection of bespoke bridal hair accessories and premium hair extensions available for hire.
During your trial, we will guide you through the options and recommend pieces that best complement your hairstyle, gown, and overall bridal look.
How long does the makeup last? Do I really need a touchup?
We use high-quality, professional-grade products that are designed for long wear and perform beautifully even in heat and humidity. Our makeup is created to last throughout the day, from your ceremony to your reception.
That said, longevity can vary depending on your skin type and the weather conditions on the day.
Many of our brides choose to include a touch-up service—not just for maintenance, but also for a refreshed or slightly different look for their second entrance as husband and wife. It’s a lovely way to elevate your overall bridal experience and ensure you look your best in every moment.
How long does the touch-up normally take for the second look?
Our highly requested touch-up sessions typically take around 45 minutes, depending on the style you have in mind.
This allows us enough time to refresh your makeup, perfect any areas that need attention, and transform your hair and/or overall look if desired. The goal is to ensure you look effortlessly polished and ready for your grand entrance.
This option is especially popular among brides who would like a different look for their reception and luncheon, are concerned about weather conditions throughout the day, or simply want to having a professional on hand to keep them looking their best.
How do I make a booking?
We’ve streamlined our booking process to make it simple and seamless, all done online for your convenience.
To begin, kindly email our team to check our availability for your wedding date and required timing.
Once you’ve finalised your quotation with us, please complete the following steps:

Secure your date with a 50% booking fee
Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it is used to reserve your date and secure your styling team.
